To decarbonize building portfolios is crucial. York Ostermeyer and Martin Jakob describe solutions how to achieve such target in an interview with the newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft.

We are supporting portfolio manager and building owners with our tools and consulting services to collect the relevant data to derive and evaluate decarbonization strategies for their assets. Such data is an important basis for investment decisions to achieve a future-proof building portfolio with avoided CO₂-emissions and increased energy efficiency.
