Regeneration of ground-source heat pumps
The federal government's Energy Perspectives 2050+ assume a large-scale conversion of heat generation. Heat generators such as brine-water heat pumps with geothermal probes play an important role in the EP2050+. Now the question arises whether the supply of heat from the ground is secured in the long term, or whether additional heat must be supplied with technical measures, i.e. the borehole heat exchangers must be regenerated.
This question is investigated in the additional analysis Regeneration of brine-to-water heat pumps, which is available on the project page.
